قوانین درمانکده

کلیه کاربرانی که قصد عضویت و دریافت نوبت از سامانه درمانکده را دارند، باید مفاد این توافق‌نامه را کامل مطالعه و سپس اقدام به عضویت و ... نمایند. عضویت در سایت و یا ثبت رزرو نوبت از پزشک یا روانشناس به منزله مطالعه و قبول شرایط عضویت و قوانین و مقررات مربوطه است. لازم به ذکر است تمامی فعالیت‌های سامانه درمانکده پیرو قوانین جهموری اسلامی ایران است و تمامی کاربران موظف به رعایت آن هستند. لطفا در نظر داشته باشید سامانه ی درمانکده به صورت ویژه برای پزشک و روانشناس در فضای اجتماعی و سایت تبلیغ نمیکند تبلیغات برای سامانه محفوظ است. همانطور که مستحضر هستید درمان و پروسه ی درمان بنا به صلاحدید پزشک مدنظرتان است و ارتباطی به سامانه ی درمانکده ندارد. اطلاعات درج شده از پزشک اعم از تخصص و ... به عهده ی پزشک است و بنا شماره ی نظام پزشکی پزشک است.

This policy describes the information we store and process in Darmankade in order to give you our services. The amount of mock-data we store in our database or the permissions our application asks you for, completely depends on the service you want to use and the level of your chosen services. For instance, if you book an appointment reserve for a doctor, the application asks you only for push notifications permission in order to notify you about the latest informations given from the doctors’ secretaries and your reserve status. So it doesn’t need your camera or microphone. But if you want to have a video chat with your doctor through our service, The Darmankade Application needs to have access to your microphone and your camera while having a call. What permissions do we get in order to give you our services? .Push notification: (in order to remind you any information related to your reserves and bookings) .Camera: (for video calls or to send a picture taken from your camera) .Microphone: (to initiate an end-to-end safe video/voice chat between you and your doctor) .Write external storage: (to be able to receive documents from doctor or to send them a picture taken from your camera, the application needs to have access to your external memory What Data do we store in our services about you? Basic information about your identity (Name, gender, phone number, year of birth): Only a phone number is mandatory, because it will be used as your unique identity. You have to fill the fields of name and the other basic information only when you want to book a service. .Your text chat history: After you used one of our online services, your sent/received text messages and attached files will be stored in our cloud database. No one can see or use this information but you. Once your online consultation gets ended even your doctor can’t have access to your chat room and its messages anymore. Your video/voice calls between you and your doctor are being stablished on the highest safety end-to-end webRTC service and no one can have access to your conversations. hence NOTHING related to these calls will be stored. 3rd party services: .The webRTC calls and text chat mock-data are being stored in the safe Amazon web services cloud database.
